Lance Corporal Robert J. Hanna, 1st Battalion, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, Service No. 41309. Formerly North Irish Horse, Service No. 655. Born Lurgan, County Armagh. Enlisted Portadown, County Armagh. Residence Lurgan. Embarked for France on 20 August 1914 as part of C Squadron North Irish Horse. Transferred to 1st Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers on 31 May 1917. Died of wounds on 20 April 1918. Buried at La Capelle-en-Thierache Communal Cemetery, Aisne, France (grave located on the right hand side of the main path in the French war graves plot). The gravestone inscription reads:
