Trooper Albert Richards: 'Giving him the push'

 

 

One of a series of hand-drawn postcards by Trooper Albert E. V. Richards of the 10th Royal Hussars (Service No. 1936), and addressed to Miss M. Rust, Hotel York, Berner's Street, London W. This one presents an optimistic view of the Battle of the Somme. It reads:
