Trooper Albert Richards: 'Tidworth to Eastbourne'

 

 

One of a series of hand-drawn postcards by Trooper Albert E. V. Richards of the 10th Royal Hussars (Service No. 1936), addressed to Miss Mary Rust. It reads:

30th Jany 1917

Dear Mary,

Will send address as soon as I arrive. I'm on the way which sketch will explain. Thanks for last letter excuse card very busy. Cheer off! With best wishes.
