Chums at the front: Privates Howe, Crawford and Wylie

 

 

These men are Private John Howe (Service No.891), who later served with the 9th (North Irish Horse) Battalion Royal Irish Fusiliers (No.41300), either Private J. Crawford (No.716), later served with the 9th RIF (No.41470) or Private W.G. Crawford (No.857), later served with the 9th RIF (No.41488), and either Private William Wylie (No.357) or James T. Wylie (No.581).
